Case Plan Training
The term “case plan” often carries a negative connotation. An effort to dispel that negative connotation is worked on in this training session. This 4 or 8 hour workshop covers what a case plan is, why they are important and covers several different ways to complete a workable case plan to address risk factors determined during assessment. Participants will go hands on in completing a case plan and being exposed to many different formats. They will learn how to interact with a client in completing and discussing a case plan, as well as how easy, yet effective, case planning can be.
